A - Although you have submitted your order, your credit card has not been charged yet. All orders are entered into a security queue, in which a live person at our office checks for errors or potential fraud. This system prevents you from being double charged, should you click the "SUBMIT" button more than once by mistake. We appreciate your patience. All orders are generally completed within 10-30 minutes, although it may take several hours in rare circumstances, or if your order was submitted very late at night.
