Q: Why can I no longer access videos I previously paid for?


A: If you downloaded your purchased videos, they should be on your computer’s hard drive, usually in the Downloads folder. Storage of your purchased videos is your responsibility. Our movie inventory can change without notice.

If you streamed your purchased movies, you can stream or download them again as long as you have a Token balance. An account with a zero Token balance cannot view or stream videos. We have a $5 Token purchase option for your convenience.

When you stream or download a video you have already purchased, you are not charged any more Tokens to do so, but your Token balance needs to remain above zero for your account to stay active and continue to be useable.
